Q-omics provides the consensus-scored OR51A9P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. OR51A9P expression is associated with patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in LAML. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, OR51A9P is differentially expressed in 3, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Additionally, OR51A9P RNA expression shows 6,661 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight LAML, KIRC, and STAD as cancer lineages where OR51A9P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
