The most reproducible OR4U1P-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10Z1, ST6GALNAC2P1, and OR51F4P. Each is linked with OR4U1P in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR4U1P-to-partner and partner-to-OR4U1P results are reported.
