OR4P4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR4P4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,082 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR4P4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRYBB2P1, HPS4, and SRRD. Each is linked with OR4P4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR4P4-to-partner and partner-to-OR4P4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OR4P4 versus CRYBB2P1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.24.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR4P4→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR4P4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
