OR4P4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR4P4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. LUSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR4P4-associated genes across cancer lineages are Bak, Cyclin-B1, and MYH11. Each is linked with OR4P4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR4P4-to-partner and partner-to-OR4P4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Bak grouped by OR4P4-low versus OR4P4-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR4P4→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR4P4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
