OR4P4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR4P4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. STOMACH shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR4P4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF735, SPATA19, and PRSS38. Each is linked with OR4P4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR4P4-to-partner and partner-to-OR4P4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF735 grouped by OR4P4-low versus OR4P4-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR4P4→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR4P4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
