OR4M1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR4M1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,293 significant associations in total. LUSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR4M1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CKS1BP6, PSAT1P4, and RPS2P18. Each is linked with OR4M1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR4M1-to-partner and partner-to-OR4M1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CKS1BP6 grouped by OR4M1-low versus OR4M1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR4M1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR4M1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
