OR4L1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR4L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR4L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTF2, CCR2, and KL. Each is linked with OR4L1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR4L1-to-partner and partner-to-OR4L1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TTF2 grouped by OR4L1-low versus OR4L1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR4L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR4L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
