Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR4K5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,040 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR4K5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are snRNA 3'-end processing, Fibroblast proliferation, and Regulation of mitochondrial membrane permeability involved in apoptotic process. Each is linked with OR4K5 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR4K5-to-partner and partner-to-OR4K5 results are reported.
