OR4K15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR4K15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,120 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR4K15-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAS2R7, RNA5SP411, and TCEA1P4. Each is linked with OR4K15 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR4K15-to-partner and partner-to-OR4K15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TAS2R7 grouped by OR4K15-low versus OR4K15-high in SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR4K15→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR4K15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
