Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR4K13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OR4K13-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP17L18, HTR3D, and RBMY1D. Each is linked with OR4K13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR4K13-to-partner and partner-to-OR4K13 results are reported.
