Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR4K11P RNA is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated OR4K11P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher OR4K11P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR4K11P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA show a favorable association.

KIRC, ESCA, and STAD are the cancer types where OR4K11P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
