The most reproducible OR4F8P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Glial cell fate commitment, Obsolete histone H2A acetylation, and Regulation of resting membrane potential. Each is linked with OR4F8P in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR4F8P-to-partner and partner-to-OR4F8P results are reported.
