Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR4F8P RNA is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated OR4F8P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher OR4F8P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR4F8P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

HNSC, KIRC, and SKCM are the cancer types where OR4F8P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
