The most reproducible OR4F17-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of carbohydrate metabolic process, Positive regulation of protein modification by small protein conjugation or removal, and Neural precursor cell proliferation. Each is linked with OR4F17 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR4F17-to-partner and partner-to-OR4F17 results are reported.
