Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR4D9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,297 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OR4D9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of carbohydrate metabolic process, Cytosolic transport, and Telomere maintenance in response to DNA damage. Each is linked with OR4D9 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR4D9-to-partner and partner-to-OR4D9 results are reported.
