Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR4D9 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OR4D9-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSK3-a-b, Beclin, and GATA3. Each is linked with OR4D9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR4D9-to-partner and partner-to-OR4D9 results are reported.
