OR4D2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR4D2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,925 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR4D2-associated genes across cancer lineages are STT3B, MIR4255, and FAM230E. Each is linked with OR4D2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR4D2-to-partner and partner-to-OR4D2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, STT3B grouped by OR4D2-low versus OR4D2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR4D2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR4D2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
