Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR4D2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 83 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR4D2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC8A1, TNFRSF25, and KMT2A. Each is linked with OR4D2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR4D2-to-partner and partner-to-OR4D2 results are reported.
