Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR4D2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR4D2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10W1, OR10Q1, and OR52A1. Each is linked with OR4D2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR4D2-to-partner and partner-to-OR4D2 results are reported.
