Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR4D11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 131 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR4D11-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2M2, PRAMEF18, and FGF6. Each is linked with OR4D11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR4D11-to-partner and partner-to-OR4D11 results are reported.
