Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR4D11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 55 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR4D11-associated genes across cancer lineages are NFATC2, MSLN, and TMC5. Each is linked with OR4D11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR4D11-to-partner and partner-to-OR4D11 results are reported.
