OR4C6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR4C6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,230 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR4C6-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4A16, TBX22, and LCE1E. Each is linked with OR4C6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR4C6-to-partner and partner-to-OR4C6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OR4C6 versus OR4A16 in SOFT_TISSUE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR4C6→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR4C6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
