The most reproducible OR4A1P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mitochondrion organization, Extrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway via death domain receptors, and Organic hydroxy compound biosynthetic process. Each is linked with OR4A1P in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR4A1P-to-partner and partner-to-OR4A1P results are reported.
