Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR4A11P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,498 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR4A11P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are rRNA modification, Nucleoside phosphate biosynthetic process, and L-alpha-amino acid transmembrane transport. Each is linked with OR4A11P in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR4A11P-to-partner and partner-to-OR4A11P results are reported.
