Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR4A11P RNA is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated OR4A11P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher OR4A11P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR4A11P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

MESO, KIRC, and PAAD are the cancer types where OR4A11P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
