OR2Z1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR2Z1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,212 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR2Z1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BAG3, FBXO22, and RNY4P14. Each is linked with OR2Z1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR2Z1-to-partner and partner-to-OR2Z1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BAG3 grouped by OR2Z1-low versus OR2Z1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR2Z1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR2Z1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
