OR2W3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR2W3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR2W3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, B-Raf, and c-Myc. Each is linked with OR2W3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR2W3-to-partner and partner-to-OR2W3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDH grouped by OR2W3-low versus OR2W3-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR2W3→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR2W3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
