Q-omics provides the consensus-scored OR2W2P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. OR2W2P expression is associated with patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in UCEC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, OR2W2P is differentially expressed in 5, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Additionally, OR2W2P RNA expression shows 5,246 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in TGCT. Together, these results highlight UCEC, BRCA, and TGCT as cancer lineages where OR2W2P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.
