Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR2T8 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated OR2T8 data layer compared with 18 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in brain lower grade glioma (LGG), where higher OR2T8 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR2T8 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LGG are the cancer types where OR2T8 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
