Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR2T6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated OR2T6 data layer compared with 11 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher OR2T6 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR2T6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and SKCM show a favorable association.

LUAD, LIHC, and HNSC are the cancer types where OR2T6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
