OR2T35

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR2T35 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 93 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR2T35-associated genes across cancer lineages are VIRMA, TGM5, and MRPS30. Each is linked with OR2T35 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR2T35-to-partner and partner-to-OR2T35 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VIRMA grouped by OR2T35-low versus OR2T35-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR2T35→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR2T35) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
