OR2T33

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR2T33 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,248 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR2T33-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCAPH2, UQCRH, and PIMREG. Each is linked with OR2T33 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR2T33-to-partner and partner-to-OR2T33 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NCAPH2 grouped by OR2T33-low versus OR2T33-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR2T33→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR2T33) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
