Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR2T33 RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated OR2T33 data layer compared with 6 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher OR2T33 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR2T33 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and SCLC show a favorable association.

LIHC, BLCA, and BRCA are the cancer types where OR2T33 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
