OR2T29

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR2T29 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR2T29-associated genes across cancer lineages are HS6ST2-AS1, SUGT1P4, and OR11H2. Each is linked with OR2T29 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR2T29-to-partner and partner-to-OR2T29 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HS6ST2-AS1 grouped by OR2T29-low versus OR2T29-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR2T29→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR2T29) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
