The strongest signal is observed in thyroid carcinoma (THCA), where higher OR2T29 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR2T29 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
THCA, COAD, and SKCM are the cancer types where OR2T29 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
