Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR2T29 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 71 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR2T29-associated genes across cancer lineages are LATS2, PCDHGB4, and EXPH5. Each is linked with OR2T29 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR2T29-to-partner and partner-to-OR2T29 results are reported.
