OR2T12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR2T12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,158 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR2T12-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOXM1, CBX1, and PRPF4. Each is linked with OR2T12 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR2T12-to-partner and partner-to-OR2T12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FOXM1 grouped by OR2T12-low versus OR2T12-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR2T12→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR2T12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
