Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR2T12 RNA is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated OR2T12 data layer compared with 6 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher OR2T12 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR2T12 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC show a favorable association.

UCS, STAD, and GBM are the cancer types where OR2T12 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
