OR2S2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR2S2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,665 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR2S2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP5MFP6, RN7SL414P, and DEFB116. Each is linked with OR2S2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR2S2-to-partner and partner-to-OR2S2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OR2S2 versus ATP5MFP6 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR2S2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR2S2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
