OR2S2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR2S2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR2S2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SSMEM1, NTSR2, and TEX55. Each is linked with OR2S2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR2S2-to-partner and partner-to-OR2S2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SSMEM1 grouped by OR2S2-low versus OR2S2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR2S2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR2S2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
