OR2M5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR2M5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 120 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR2M5-associated genes across cancer lineages are CILP, CYP4B1, and SMPD3. Each is linked with OR2M5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR2M5-to-partner and partner-to-OR2M5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CILP grouped by OR2M5-low versus OR2M5-high in OVARY.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR2M5→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR2M5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
