OR2M4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR2M4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,497 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR2M4-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2M2, OR2L3, and OR2L6P. Each is linked with OR2M4 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR2M4-to-partner and partner-to-OR2M4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OR2M4 versus OR2M2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.92.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR2M4→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR2M4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
