OR2K2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR2K2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR2K2-associated genes across cancer lineages are G6PD, INPP4B, and JNK2. Each is linked with OR2K2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR2K2-to-partner and partner-to-OR2K2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, G6PD grouped by OR2K2-low versus OR2K2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR2K2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR2K2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
