Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR2K2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated OR2K2 data layer compared with 1 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher OR2K2 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR2K2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and ESCA show a favorable association.
DLBC, KIRC, and LAML are the cancer types where OR2K2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
