Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR2J1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 168 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR2J1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ABCB6, GLDC, and MYO9A. Each is linked with OR2J1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR2J1-to-partner and partner-to-OR2J1 results are reported.
