Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR2J1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated OR2J1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher OR2J1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR2J1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC show a favorable association.

BRCA, KIRC, and THCA are the cancer types where OR2J1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
