OR2I1P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR2I1P RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,648 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR2I1P-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SASH3, SKAP2, and WARS1. Each is linked with OR2I1P in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR2I1P-to-partner and partner-to-OR2I1P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OR2I1P versus SASH3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR2I1P→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR2I1P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
