Q-omics provides the consensus-scored OR2H5P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. OR2H5P expression is associated with patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in THCA. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, OR2H5P is differentially expressed in 2, with the highest sampling consensus in KICH. Additionally, OR2H5P RNA expression shows 7,492 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in LIHC. Together, these results highlight THCA, KICH, and LIHC as cancer lineages where OR2H5P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
