OR2H2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR2H2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,687 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR2H2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGEF2, MVP, and ADAR. Each is linked with OR2H2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR2H2-to-partner and partner-to-OR2H2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR2H2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR2H2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
