The most reproducible OR2G2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleoside phosphate biosynthetic process, Regulation of establishment of protein localization to mitochondrion, and Regulation of mitochondrion organization. Each is linked with OR2G2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR2G2-to-partner and partner-to-OR2G2 results are reported.
